In this section, we’re going to tackle skill building for you and your colleagues. Since relational health histories (RHHs), and, particularly, addressing trauma in practice, are likely new to your skill set, some specific skill building support is warranted.
Some key points to consider: First, listening is therapeutic—it actually helps people heal. We’ve talked about this already, but it bears repeating.
