We’ve covered a lot of ground to get you ready for this point, so now we’re going to get into the nuts and bolts of implementing the screening and assessment tools that make up the components of relational health histories (RHHs), as well as implementing the resilience-based interventions. This section is heavy on quality improvement (QI) skills. Hopefully, you’ve done some QI projects before and the work is not entirely new ground; so, we’re going to focus on the nuances of implementation of more delicate assessment tools than some of the screening tools you already use.
