Young Investigator award and research grant

The AAP Section on Genetics and Birth Defects and the AAP Department of Education are accepting entries for the 1996 Young Investigator's Award and the 1997 Young Investigator Research Grant.

The Young Investigator's Award is for excellence in basic or clinical research in genetics and birth defects. The award is open to researchers in a fellowship or researchers who have completed their training within the past three years. The winner will receive $500, a plaque and travel expenses to present his research at the 1996 AAP Spring Session in Chicago. Deadline for submissions is Feb. 1, 1996.
