A new interactive workshop for AAP Fellows designed to "train the trainers" on early brain and child development will be held Nov. 13-14 at the Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa in Houston.

The workshop, "Early Brain and Child Development, from Science to Practice: A Workshop on Creating Presentations for Physician Leaders," is designed to prepare pediatricians to become local resources on early brain and child development, and also will help participants develop their own one-hour presentations.

Because workshop enrollment is limited, state chapter presidents may select up to two representatives who have an interest or expertise in the subject. One of the participants should be an executive committee member of the chapter and one of them a practicing pediatrician.
