Some of the brightest minds in the academic pediatric world will convene in Baltimore from May 2-5 at the Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) annual conference.

Physician and non-physician members of several pediatric health care and academic communities will gather at the Baltimore Convention Center for four days of presentations, workshops, roundtable discussions and reviews of original science abstracts.

A collective effort of the American Pediatric Society, the Society for Pediatric Research, the Academic Pediatric Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics, the PAS conference coincides with a handful of pediatric symposia, giving attendees the opportunity to attend a variety of seminars. The PAS has collaborated with its partnering societies and organizations to offer additional symposia that “transcend and enhance the subspecialty areas.”

A number of the co-sponsoring groups are international pediatric societies, a reflection of the increased emphasis on and prioritizing of international pediatric issues.
