For the majority of AAP members, membership dues invoices have landed or are landing in your mail between April and August.

The value and importance of national AAP membership for primary care pediatricians, pediatric medical subspecialists and pediatric surgical specialists has never been higher. As noted in numerous addresses by AAP leaders this year, the decisions that likely will have the greatest impact on your daily life as a physician and on child health will be made at the state level over the next few years. Day in and day out, AAP chapters are fighting battles for you and the children for whom you provide care.

AAP Board policy states that national and chapter membership are independent of each other. Therefore, when you receive your AAP membership dues invoice, please make a special note to renew your chapter membership along with your national membership.
