Communities may start applying for federal grants at the end of January through the Healthy Tomorrows program — a key part of the AAP campaign to ensure access to health care for all U.S. children and pregnant women.

The five-year grants from the U.S. Bureau of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) range from $25,000 to $75,000. They are awarded to community projects that focus on preventive strategies and improving access to health care.
