Lead-screening commentary
The April 1993 Commentary "Stepped-up lead screenings urged" (page 1) incorrectly identifies the AAP recommendation for the age at which infants should be tested for lead poisoning. Infants should, according to the recommendations, be first tested between the ages of 9 months and 12 months.
