Stationary entertainers
Graco Children's Products Inc., of Elverson, Pa., is recalling about 19,000 stationary entertainers for repair because the screw securing the clicker toy to the tray can come loose, presenting a choking hazard to young children.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Graco have received eight reports of children rotating the toy until the screw came out and either handling the toy's screw or placing it in their mouths. One child started choking on the screw and sustained scratches to his throat and two others sustained scratches on the face or stomach.
