The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced recalls of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed.
Product: Toy guitars
Units: 500
Importer: Sino Trading Group, LLC, of Houston
Hazard:The toy guitar can break into small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Description and models: The recalled plastic toy guitar has a white face and red back with a green shoulder strap. There are multicolored animal-face buttons on the front of the guitar, including a chicken, duck,dog, pig and lamb.
Sold at: Flea markets nationwide throughout January 2006 for about$1.50.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the toy and return it to the vendor where purchased for a refund.
