The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced recalls of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. For a complete list of recalled products, visit www.cpsc.gov.
Importer: Top Goods Trading, of Temple City, Calif.
Hazard: The pacifier pieces can separate, posing a choking hazard, and the cord can cause strangulation.
Description: The flashing pacifier has a yellow, heart-shaped mouth guard and handle.
Sold at: Retail stores in the Los Angeles area from November 2007 through November 2008 for about 50 cents.
Remedy: Contact Top Goods Trading for a refund or exchange.
