The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s new searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The ear on the bunny sippy cup can poke a child in the eye area while drinking.
Description: Two recalled styles of sippy cups come with handles on both sides in pink and blue. Each contains a screw-on lid in the shape of a bunny with one bent ear and one straight ear. “TARGET 200020683” (pink) or “TARGET 200020884” (blue) is printed on the bottom.
Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide from February through April 5, 2012, for $3.
Remedy: Stop using the cups and return to any Target for a refund.
