The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: Pink epoxy can come off the forks and spoons, and children can swallow or chock on the epoxy.
Description: Infant flatware from the Gingham Bunny Flatware Collection is sold as an infant feeding spoon alone, in a fork and spoon set, and in a three-piece set including the infant feeding spoon with a bowl and bib. The silver-colored, nickel-plated flatware features a bunny at the end of the handle with pink coloring on its ears.
