The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The jackets have a drawstring around the neck that can strangle children.
Description: The recalled Little Marc Jacobs girl’s hooded pull-over swimwear cover up jackets are made of 100% cotton. They are navy with red flowers and teal leaves and have a teal bunny appliqué and two buttons on the front. Sold in girl’s sizes 2 through 12, they have style number LM28616, Lot #1 and the size printed on the sewn-in label.

Remedy: Remove the drawstring to eliminate the hazard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
