The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Units: About 20,000 (8,700 recalled in May 2014)

Hazard: Snaps on the coveralls can come off, and children can choke on them.

Description: J. Crew baby coveralls in sizes newborn to 2T were sold in various colors and designs including prints and stripes. A label sewn into the inside left seam of the garment lists the PO number, style number and “SU ’14.” A list of style and PO numbers is available at http://1.usa.gov/1zCsncs.

Remedy: Contact J. Crew for a refund. Those who purchased garments online will receive return instructions and a postage-paid shipping label.
