Bouncing buggies
Safety 1st of Chestnut Hill, Mass., in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling toy parts that can break off, creating a sharp edge, on 106,000 Bouncing Buggies.
Safety 1st has received more than 700 reports of children breaking off the cat "stop" sign and/or the dog "go" sign while sitting in the plastic buggy, which is attached to a rocking base. Thirty-three children have been scratched, cut or bruised from the broken-off toys, and one child reportedly started to choke.
