Trapeze swings
Backyard Products of Ontario, Canada, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is recalling 60,000 Acrobatic Swings, sold with backyard gym sets, because their exposed bolts could cause serious cuts requiring stitches.
The firm received reports of six children needing stitches for cuts to the arm. Injuries occurred when children dropped down from the overhead ladder, or fell or climbed onto exposed bolts.
