Wooden stacking ring toys
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), IKEA U.S. Inc., of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., is voluntarily replacing the red ball on top of 28,000 wooden stacking ring toys because the ball is a choking hazard.
IKEA is aware of a 4-year-old boy in Europe who choked to death on a ball.
