Product: Baby Cookie Monster plush toys

Manufacturer: The Betesh Group of New York
Hazard: The fabric cookie attached to the toy's hand can be removed,posing a choking hazard.
Description: This recall involves the blue Cookie Monster plush toy packaged with Sesame Beginnings Make Music Together DVDs.
Sold exclusively at: Wal-Mart stores nationwide from March to July 2006 for $15.
Remedy: Consumers should remove the felt cookie and its connecting thread from the plush toy and dispose of them.
