The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Com mission (CPSC) has announced recalls of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed.

Distributor: Kolcraft Enterprises Inc., of Chicago
Hazard: The restraint strap forms a loop beneath the changing table,posing a strangulation hazard to a child in the play yard. In addition, the Contours 3-in-1 Play Yard has a raised cradle that rocks back and forth. A child can roll and get trapped against the side of the cradle, posing a suffocation hazard.
Injuries: A 10-month-old boy was strangled by the changing table's restraint strap.
Description: Play yards have raised changing tables and rocking cradles. Depending on the model, Kolcraft, Travelin' Tot, Sesame Beginnings,Travel Play Yard Kolcraft, Jeep, Sahara or Contours are printed on the yard.
Sold at: Retail stores nationwide.
Remedy: Contact the firm to receive a replacement strap for the changing table and repair kit to secure the base of the cradle.
