Manufacturer: Gemmy Industries Corp., of Coppell, Texas
Hazard: The plastic flashing eyeball contains kerosene, which presents a chemical hazard to children if the toy is broken.
Description: Model numbers are 27828, 27544 and 06470. The model number is on the back of the packaging.
Sold at: Toy and novelty stores during July 2006 for about $3.
Remedy: Return items to the store where purchased for a refund.
