Hazard: The sip top on the water bottles can pull off, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Description: The metal water bottles have a black rubber pull up sip top and come in lavender, pink, navy and green. The following style numbers are recalled: 5795141, 5795166, 9121591, 5795158, 9211583 and 5795133. The style number and Pottery Barn Kids are printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the water bottle.
Sold at: Pottery Barn Kids stores nationwide, Pottery Barn Kids catalog and www.potterybarnkids.com from January 2007 through August 2008 for about $10.
Remedy: To receive a refund, return water bottles to any Pottery Barn Kids store or contact Pottery Barn Kids.
