Hazard: The pillows may contain small metal fragments in the fiber-fill, which can cut consumers.
Description: The Cuddly Comfort Pillows were sold in packs of two in white, violet, blue, pink or yellow. Registration Number PA-27156(CA) and the words Sleep Innovations are printed on the pillow’s tag.
Sold at: Costco stores nationwide from February through June 2008 for about $20.
Remedy: Return pillows to any Costco store for a refund.
