Hazard: The metal brackets used to support the mattress board can break, causing the mattress to collapse and creating a gap in which a child can become entrapped and suffocate.

Description: All cribs with manufacturing and distribution dates between May 2000 and November 2008 are recalled.

Sold at: Major retailers, including JCPenney, Kmart and Wal-Mart stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com, Babiesrus.com, Costco.com and Walmart.com from May 2000 through January 2009 for $100 to $400.

Remedy: Contact Stork Craft to receive new mattress support brackets.
