Hazard: The tools contain eyes that can separate, posing a choking hazard to children.
Description: The Playhouse Disney Handy Manny Tool Set includes a tool box, hammer, saw, pliers, wrench, tape measure and two screwdrivers.
Sold at: Disney Stores nationwide from October 2007 through January 2009 for about $15.
Remedy: Return the tool set to any Disney Store for a refund.
