Hazard: The bears’ eyes can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Description: The State Farm Good Neigh Bears with plastic eyes are brown and wearing a red and white State Farm T-shirt.
Sold at: The bears were given away through State Farm agents and State Farm-sponsored events from September 2006 through March 2007.
Remedy: Discard items.
