Hazard: Small parts can detach from the necklace and bracelet when the elastic string breaks, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Description: Two models of “Chelsea’s” necklace and bracelet set are recalled: “Crayon” and “Shiny Heart.”
Sold at: Retailers and wholesalers nationwide from April 1999 through April 2009 for about $4.
