Manufacturer: LeapFrog Enterprises Inc., of Emeryville, Calif.
Hazard: The decals on the paws of the plush toy can be removed and ingested by a child.
Description: My Pal Scout, a green and beige electronic plush dog with plastic decals on its paws, plays songs, speaks and barks. Toys with embroidered paws are not recalled.
Sold at: Toys “R” Us stores nationwide and online at www.toysrus.com, www.leapfrog.com and other Web sites from May through June 2009 for about $20.
Remedy: Contact LeapFrog for a replacement.
