Hazard: The pacifier mouth guard is too small, posing a choking hazard to infants and toddlers.
Description: The “Bobby Chupete” pacifiers have a ring-shaped handle and heart-shaped mouth guard.
Sold at: Retail stores nationwide from November 2004 through July 2009 for about $1.
Remedy: Contact Grand World for a refund or a replacement pacifier.
