Hazard: A child can strike, sit or fall on the protruding plastic ignition key resulting in serious injury, including genital bleeding.
Description: Fisher-Price Trikes and Tough Trikes have either a disc-shaped or D-shaped pretend key. Recalled are: Hot Wheels Trike (J72633), Barbie Free Spirit Trike (72639), Lil’ Kawasaki Trike (72642), Boys Tough Trike (72643), Girls Tough Trike (72644), Kawasaki Trike (72792), Kawasaki Tough Trike (B8775), Barbie Tough Trike (B8776), Dora the Explorer Tough Trike (K6672), Diego Tough Trike (K6673), Barbie Tough Trike Princess Ride-On (M5727), Kawasaki Tough Trike (N6021), Thomas Tough Trike (T6209 ) and Diego Tough Trike (V4270).
Sold at: Mass merchandise stores nationwide from January 1997 through September 2010 for about $25.
