Hazard: The surface paint contains levels of lead that violate the federal lead paint standard.
Description: Nature Wonders HD pinto toy horse figures with model number 92093. The plastic horse is about 4 inches tall and its white with brown spots.
Sold at: Wal-Mart stores nationwide from January to July 2009 for about $4.
Remedy: Immediately take the toy away from children and contact Blip Toys to receive a free replacement.
