Manufacturer: Evenflo Co. Inc. of Miamisburg, Ohio
Hazard: The slats on the gate can break or detach, posing a fall hazard to children.
Description: Evenflo Top-of-Stair Plus models 10502 and 10512 were made between October 2007 and July 2009.
Sold at: Toys “R” Us, Burlington Baby Depot, Kmart and other U.S. and Canadian retailers, and through Amazon.com and other online retailers from October 2007 through March 2010 for about $40.
