Hazard: The tiara contains high levels of lead, which is toxic if ingested by young children.
Description: The Wilton Youth Tiara is silver-colored with clear crystals.
Sold at: Party City, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Ben Franklin Stores, Amazon.com and other retailers nationwide from June 2009 through April 2010 for about $13.
