Manufacturer: Prairie Mountain Inc., of Lockwood, Mo.
Hazard: The jackets have a drawstring through the hood, which poses a strangulation hazard to children.
Description: The Rip Stop wind/rain jackets were sold in youth sizes 2/4, 6/8, 10/12 and 14/16 in red, royal (blue) and leaf (green).
Sold by: Gift shops nationwide from February through July 2010 for about $20.
Remedy: Remove the drawstring or contact Prairie Mountain for refund instructions.
