Hazard: Small pieces of the plastic ball can detach when children chew on the teether/rattle, posing a choking hazard.
Description: Refreshing Rings Infant Teethers/Rattles (style 80026) have a red, water-filled ring on one end and a black and white polka dot ball on the other end. The two ends are connected by a black and white, flexible plastic rod with three floating rings.
Sold at: Mass merchandise and baby specialty stores nationwide from July 2009 to January 2011 for about $5.
