Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s new searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The pacifiers pose a choking hazard to young children.
Description: “Stage 1” Pampers Natural Stages Infant Ortho and Bulb Pacifiers are recalled. They were sold two per package in yellow, pink or blue and are made of silicone. The pacifiers have an oval-shaped mouthguard and “Pampers” molded onto the handle side of the mouthguard.
Sold at: Retail stores nationwide from April 2010 through February 2011 for about $6.
