Hazard: The dropper for dispensing the over-the-counter acetaminophen is not child-resistant, enabling a child to access the medicine.
Description: Rugby children’s pain and fever concentrated drops come in ½ fluid ounce (15 mL) bottle (UPC code 305361936723). Recalled lots are 09002, 09379, 10272, 10368, 10487, 09131, 09394, 10273, 10406, 11058, 09215, 10154, 10366 and 10433.
Sold at: Drug and grocery stores and other retailers nationwide from January 2009 to June 2011 for about $4.
Remedy: Store the product out of the reach of children and contact company for a replacement dropper.
