Hazard: The plastic blades of the helicopter can detach during operation, causing cuts or scrapes.
Description: Toys are operated by manual rotary starters and sold as a unit of two helicopters in tan and black. “Military Copter” is printed on both sides of the manual starter.
Sold by: Rite Aid Corp. stores nationwide from January through May 2011 for about $7.
Remedy: Return to Rite Aid for a refund.
