Hazard: Ornamental stars on the heel of the shoe can loosen and cut children.
Description: Recalled Keds girls’ rubber-soled shoes are black and pink with white trim and a pink loop on the heel. Style number KY40098A is printed on the underside of the tongue. Shoes were sold in girls’ sizes 12 to 5.
Sold at: Department stores and online from June through October 2011 for about $23.
