Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s new searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Sold exclusively at: Family Dollar stores nationwide from September through October 2011 for about $5.
Remedy: Return slippers to any Family Dollar store for a refund.
