The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s new searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The surface coating on the zipper of the hoodie and T-shirt sets contain excessive levels of lead, which can be toxic if ingested by children.

Description: The two-piece coordinated set with fleece hoodie and T-shirt was sold in red/white, gray/red and black/blue color combinations and in sizes 12M to 5T in three different Disney character designs. RN 16435 and style codes are printed on the label along the hoodie’s side seam: red with Snow White (DP4253B), gray with Mickey Mouse (J4821), blue with Cars (J4820-A).

Sold exclusively at: Target stores and Target.com from October 2011 through December 2011 for about $18.

Remedy: Return to any Target store for a refund.
