Hazard: The pants and boxers fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injury to children.

Description: Academy pull-on lounge pants for boys and girls, and boxers for girls are made of 100% cotton and have elastic or fabric waistbands. The garments were sold in sizes XS through L for boys and 6 through 14 for girls in a variety of colors and designs. The following identification numbers (found on the tag) are included in this recall: 377676-377679, 454818-454829, 466629, 466630, 555571, 555572, 564822, 564904, 564938 and 564939.

Sold at: Academy Sports and Outdoor stores in Texas from January 2010 to March 2011 for about $8.

Remedy: Stop wearing the sleepwear and return it to Academy for a refund, exchange or store credit
