The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s new searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Units: About 100,500 in the United States and 4,900 in Canada

Hazard: The seesaw seats can break away from the bolt fasteners during use, posing a fall hazard.
Description: The Flexible Flyer swing sets come in 11 different models, each with a seesaw attachment along with swings, bars or a slide. The following names and model numbers are recalled: Big Adventure (41575), Fun Fantastic (41577), Fun Fantastic II (41578), Backyard Flyer (42003), Backyard Fun (42013), Backyard Swingin’ Fun (42023), Windsor II (42030), Fun Time (42124), Fantastic Playground (42126), Triple Fun (42544) and Triple Fun II (42560).
Sold at: Walmart, Toys R Us, Academy and other specialty stores and online retailers from December 2011 through May 2012 for $130 to $280.
