Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The wheels on the wooden vehicles can come off, and children can choke on them.
Description: The Wegmans Playmat Set includes a cotton canvas play mat and a blue car, red delivery van, green farm tractor and yellow school bus.
Sold exclusively at: Wegmans Food Stores nationwide from October 2012 through June 2013 for about $25.
