The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The zipper pull tabs and sliders can come off, and infants can choke on them.
Description: The BreathableBaby BreathableSacks are sleeveless, wearable blankets. They come in sizes small (10-18 pounds) and medium (16-24 pounds) and three colors: green, pink and blue. An owl, hippo or elephant is stitched on the left chest of each blanket. Only BreathableSacks with tags printed with Lot No. 124 with a manufacture date of 04/17/2012 are recalled.
Sold at: Various stores nationwide, online retailers and at www.breathablebaby.com from June 2012 to August 2013 for about $20.
