Hazard: When two or more magnets are swallowed, they can link together inside a child’s intestines and clamp onto body tissues, causing blockages or holes in the intestines, infection and death.

Description: High-powered magnet sets sold under the brand name for use as a novelty item or desk toy contain 216 small, silver, spherical magnets.

Sold exclusively at: from July 2011 through April 2012 for about $20.
