Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Description: Twenty-four types of Triaminic syrups and Theraflu Warming Relief syrups for coughs, colds and fevers are recalled. A complete list of products, lot numbers and National Drug Codes can be found at www.novartisOTC.com.
Hazard: Children can unscrew the locked caps.
Sold at: Food, drug, mass merchandise and club stores nationwide from May 2010 to December 2011 for about $5.
Remedy: Contact Novartis to return the product for a refund.
