Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The mattresses pose a fire hazard
Description: Mattresses are white and were manufactured between January 2011 and March 2012. The model number and date of manufacture are printed on the federal label. Model numbers and sizes recalled are: 829 First Edition twin and full; 1213 Limited Edition twin, full, queen, king and California king; and 1214 Limited Edition Deluxe or New Edition twin, full, queen, king and California king.
Sold exclusively at: SlumberWorld stores on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Islands in Hawaii from January 2011 through March 2012 for $170 to $640.
Remedy: Contact SlumberWorld for a free repair, a 2-inch mattress support to be placed under the recalled mattress.
