The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The pajamas can catch on fire easily.
Description: The one-piece micro fleece garments are made of 100% polyester knit fabric. They were sold in infant sizes 9M to 12M. The pajamas are footed and have a front zipper and long sleeves. “UNIQLO BABY” and serial numbers 187-074142(24-04), 187-074143(24-04), 187-074144(24-04) and 187-074145(24-04) are on the neck label.
Sold at: UNIQLO New York stores, except the SoHo store; UNIQLO Garden State Plaza store in Paramus, N.J.; and at www.uniqlo.com from September through November 2012 for about $15.
Remedy: Return pajamas to any UNIQLO store for a refund.
