Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. Hazard: The rechargeable battery inside the helicopters can overheat and start the helicopter on fire.
Description: The Radio Controlled Banshee Helicopter with lights (series 3CH-777) comes in black and red or black and yellow. The plastic toys have a yellow cockpit with bee decals and a narrow black plastic tail assembly. “Date of Production: June 2011,” “Manufacturer Ultimate Products (HK) Ltd.,” and “Distributor MTG Inc.” are printed on a white label on the back of the remote control.
